This policy explains what information BNN Services collects when you register for the IPEN Ready masterclass and how we use it.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your first name, email address, mobile number if you choose to provide it, your role, your notary commission state, any question you submit for the live Q&A, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We also collect basic technical information, such as browser type, needed to run the page.
How we use it
We use your information to register you for the masterclass, send your confirmation and join link, send reminders, answer your state question in the live session, and send the replay and state handout afterward. BNN Services may also contact you about future BNN Services training and signing opportunities. You can opt out at any time.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, BNN Services will send text reminders about the masterclass to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages for this event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the masterclass, such as our registration and messaging platform, our website host, and our webinar platform, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your information by emailing masterclass@bnnservices.com.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
